The accident referred to in the report refers to a detonation accident at Anhui Jinghua New Materials Co., Ltd., New Materials Optoelectronics Industrial Park, Economic Development District, Dingyuan County, around 4:52 on May 21, 2023, resulting in one death and a direct economic loss of more than 357.4 million yuan.

It accumulated in the upper part of the material barrel, reaching the explosion limit, forming an explosive gas environment, and the static electricity generated when the ethyl acetate flowed at high speed exploded.
